Great question — and it is not a straightforward answer since Cognitio does not support multi-region yet (remember to +1 in the forum link)

I have been myself asking people in AWS their opinions and I got several .. so I need to spend time deep diving before giving you a smart and usable answer. And I will probably write a blog post dedicated to it in the near future.
